Meet Rachel Conway, Chiropractic Assistant
Rachel enjoys connecting with people and helping make each visit to Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness a positive one. For her, one of the best parts of being a CA is seeing patients leave the office feeling welcomed and happy.

That desire to help others is a big part of what Rachel enjoys about her role. She likes getting to know patients and helping create an environment where people feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Learning and Looking Ahead
Rachel graduated from the School of Environmental Studies in May 2026 and plans to attend Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) to study business administration. She’s excited to continue learning while being part of the Lifeway team and furthering her own chiropractic care journey.
Outside the Office
When she’s not at work, Rachel enjoys cars, photography and fishing. Spending time with family and friends is also high on her list.
