If you're hurt and want to feel better, and want a different, healthier, wellness-based way of life—we're here to help. Natural and holistic, chiropractic looks at your whole body to find out where your problem originates.
We've worked with hundreds of patients, just like you. They've found relief from their pain with our drug-free care. We're able to address conditions like back and neck pain, headaches, numbness and tingling in the extremities, sciatica, pediatric issues, disc herniation, degenerative discs, and more.
What is it?
Chiropractic focuses on finding and correcting subluxations, or misalignments in the spine, that irritate nerves and disrupt function throughout the body. Our doctors primarily use the Diversified technique, complemented by Thompson Drop, the Activator tool, Craniosacral Therapy, cold laser, and intersegmental traction, depending on each patient's needs.
Who is it for?
Anyone seeking relief from pain or a wide range of conditions including headaches, neck pain, TMJ, disc herniation, plantar fasciitis, chronic pain, sports injuries, ear infections, and pregnancy or pediatric issues.

Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness offers two non-surgical spinal decompression systems: Back On Trac and the Triton DTS 6M. Back On Trac gently stretches the spine, back muscles, neck, and hips, with the added benefit of vibration and heat, in sessions of about 10 minutes. The Triton DTS 6M features a six-section adjustable traction table that gives the doctor precise control over positioning for targeted comfort and effectiveness.
Who is it for?
Patients dealing with disc degeneration, herniated discs, low back pain, osteoarthritis, SI joint issues, ACL injuries, meniscus tears, subacute muscle strains, or those who have had unsatisfactory results from prior surgery.
Benefits
What is it?
Also known as EPAT (extracorporeal pulse activation technology), shockwave therapy at Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness uses a handheld device to deliver a series of high-energy pressure waves to injured or painful areas. The pulse intensity is gradually increased to a therapeutic level as tolerated. As a form of regenerative medicine, the therapy creates microtrauma that prompts the body to produce new growth cells.
Who is it for?
People dealing with acute or chronic soft tissue, joint, or bone conditions, including plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, tendinopathy, frozen shoulder, golfer's or tennis elbow, trigger points, and sports injuries.
Benefits
What is it?

Benefits
What is it?
Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness offers the Apollo 3000-milliwatt cold laser, a Class IV, FDA-approved medical device. The laser emits low-level light that penetrates deep into tissue, stimulating blood flow and delivering healing nutrients and oxygen to the affected area. There is no heat and patients feel nothing during treatment.
Who is it for?
Patients with acute injuries such as fractures, tears, sprains, and strains, as well as those dealing with chronic pain conditions or inflammation in joints and soft tissue.
Benefits
What is it?
Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness offers massage therapy through experienced therapists with over 20 years of combined practice. Available techniques include deep tissue, lymphatic, prenatal, postnatal, and sports massage. When paired with chiropractic care, massage addresses muscle tension that can place strain on the spine, helping to reinforce and extend the benefits of adjustments.
Who is it for?
Anyone dealing with muscle tension, pain, stress, poor circulation, sports or auto injuries, postural issues, or those looking to complement their chiropractic care for more comprehensive results.

At Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness, neuropathy care focuses on supporting healthier nerve function and helping the nervous system communicate more efficiently with the body. Each personalized care plan may include chiropractic adjustments to reduce nerve interference, in-office therapies that support circulation and nerve activity, and guidance on lifestyle habits that promote long-term nerve health.
Who is it for?
Patients experiencing tingling, numbness, burning sensations, or sharp pain in the hands or feet, as well as those with weakness, reduced coordination, or symptoms that worsen in the evenings or at night.
Benefits
What is it?
Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness offers FDA-cleared EMTT, which uses high-energy magnetic pulses directed at the affected area to stimulate healing at the cellular level. Sessions last about 15-20 minutes, are generally pain-free, and require no aftercare. Treatment plans are personalized based on the patient's condition, symptom duration, and response to therapy, typically with sessions a couple of times per week.
Who is it for?
Patients dealing with joint pain, inflammation, osteoarthritis, acute or chronic injuries, or sports injuries who are looking for a non-invasive, targeted treatment option.

Benefits
Many of our patients come to us with pain and difficulty moving related to herniated discs. Sometimes it's the result of an accident or other trauma, and sometimes due to age-related wear or other cause. Our doctors begin with a thorough history, detailed exam and imaging, if needed, to evaluate the situation. Then they focus on precise, effective, natural adjustments to restore proper alignment and motion. We offer state of the art non-surgical decompression to help retract bulging discs and reduce nerve compression.
We also offer a wide range of other services and therapies to help our patients return to the activities they love, and enjoy their best state of health and wellness throughout life.

Qualifications:
Our founding Chiropractor in Apple Valley was raised in a medical environment and knew nothing about chiropractic. While in college, an advisor thought it might be a good match for her and suggested she check it out. After researching, Dr. Pam knew chiropractic was what she was meant to do.

The popping or cracking sound you may hear during an adjustment is the release of gas or air from the joint space, a phenomenon known as cavitation. This sound indicates that we have achieved the desired movement within the joint. It's a normal and harmless occurrence that indicates the joint has been mobilized. Rest assured that your bones are not cracking or breaking!
It's also important to note that not all techniques produce a popping sound. Gentler, low-force approaches often do not create any noise, but they are still effective at improving motion and mobility in the joint.
Your chiropractic care needs can depend on various factors, such as your health, the severity of your condition, and your response to treatment. Our chiropractors provide a tailored plan after a detailed examination. Some patients may see immediate improvement, while others might need continuous care.
Typically, we will recommend an initial series of visits close together to address immediate issues and then gradually reduce the frequency of visits as symptoms improve. After the initial phase of care, some people choose to continue with periodic maintenance visits to maintain spinal health and prevent future issues. Lifeway Chiropractic and Wellness also emphasizes lifetime wellness as a self-care routine for your body.
We take a multi-modality approach and look at neuropathy from multiple different perspectives, considering the nerves, blood flow, inflammation, and spinal health. Our treatment methods range from spine and extremity adjustments to nerve rebuilding and stimulation and enhancing blood flow to the extremities.
We also emphasize nutrition and reducing inflammation in the gut and body to speed up healing. The treatment involves both in-office and at-home care, with office visits ranging from once a week to once a month, depending on symptom severity.
